½ cup parsley, chopped
1 egg
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

1 Poundingly lasagna noodles, cooked
Mozzarella Cheeses, to taste
Reggiano Cheeses, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Add olive oil and butter to a Skillet on medium-high heat. warmed, add the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook, Stirring occasionally, Until Golden brown.

10. Cover the baking dish WITH FOIL and bake for 25 minutes.
11. Remove the FOIL and bake again for an additional 15 minutes Until the Cheeses on top has browned and the bolognese is bubbling.
12. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
